50 Healthy Habits Every Girl Should Have
Have you ever needed to start something new? Something that's good for you because you realized just how much you needed to start doing healthier things for your physical and mental health? How about some new healthy habits to get you started? Everyone should work on their physical and mental health because they are so important and can really make you feel 20x better than you ever have. Maybe lately you've fallen into this deep place and feel like you can't get up. Maybe you're just like I used to be and just want to lay in bed all day and eat pizza and watch FRIENDS and never get up. In all honesty that's not healthy or good for you at all what so ever. You've got to get up, get off that couch or bed, and get moving.
Focusing on your health is the most important thing. Your mental health is also super important and it's what makes or breaks your day so take good care of it. If you have no idea how then this post is totally going to help you. These 50 habits I found on Pinterest and I tried out myself and really took to them. They were so helpful and helped me and my mental health out so much more than I imagined when I first found the post. So, do you want to create some healthy habits? - Start fresh every day.
- Check your credit card statements, bank account, and pay stubs regularly.
- Adopt a "meatless Monday" mentality.
- Put down your phone when you're out with people.
- Try the 2/30 rule: 2 hours of TV, 30 minutes of exercise.
- Understand that exercise doesn't have to be a big time commitment.
- Cut back on sugar.
- Drink warm water with lemon and cayenne pepper daily.
- Don't try to keep up with T.V. shows and characters you'll lose.
- Use a retinol if you're starting to get wrinkles.
- Ask HR about benefits you're probably not using.
- Practice safe sex, always.
- NEVER grocery shop on an empty stomach.
- Start biking
- Keep healthy snacks at home and at work.
- Stop beating yourself up
- Don't do drugs. Just say no it's not hard.
- Likewise, stop smoking.
- Take care of your clothing.
- Eat whole foods as much as possible.
- Consolidate and pay off debt ASAP.

- Don't overdo the booze.
- Don't snack if you're not hungry.
- Use SPF and wear a hat in the sun.
- Don't rely on pills if you can't sleep.
- Drink at least 8 oz of water a day.
- Make your home a place you want to be.
- Don't buy things you know you'll only wear once.
- Use YouTube for free exercise videos.
- Google "how to make your own cleaning supplies"
- Drop loose change into the same jar daily.
- Stand up for yourself.
- Avoid tanning beds.
- Take medication seriously.
- Listen to your body.
- Don't skimp on sleep.
- Do mental health checks.
- Read labels on everything from food to makeup.
- Prioritize stress management.
- Optimize your fertility, if you plan on kids.
- Consider drinking liquid chlorophyll.
- Always wear a seatbelt.
- Wash your hands often.
- Floss after every brushing.
- Sneeze into your arm, not your palm.
- For every 20 minutes on a computer look away for 20 seconds.
- Count to 10 when you're angry.
- Learn how to take constructive criticism.
- Never let Google diagnose you.
